Born from Lucknow's Love of Poetry
Every year since 2018, Jashn-e-Ghazal has introduced Urdu adab and the rich Lucknowi tehzeeb to a new generation of listeners. What began as an intimate evening of verse has grown into one of Awadh's most anticipated cultural events — a gathering where the quality of the audience is as carefully curated as the art on stage.
From the very beginning, Jashn-e-Ghazal has stood apart. Invitations and reserved seats — approximately 600 — are extended only to VIP and VVIP guests from Lucknow and beyond. The event is not merely a programme — it is a movement for the upliftment of Urdu and Hindi shayari among the youth of Bharat.
